Ooh la la We had a lovely stay in this bright, well equipped apartment. It is just as pictured. Molly greeted us with wine and homemade cookies! The location is ideal for exploring Villefranche. Close to shops, beach, marina and restaurants. The back patio is especially nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est superbe, tout est parfait. Emplacement au calme, proche de la vieille ville et des commerces. L’appartement est très beau, belle décoration et équipements de qualité. La terrasse est très grande avec une vue sur St jean cap ferrat. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir se détendre dans le jacuzzi tout en admirant la vue. L’accueil est très soigné, des petites attentions, bouteille de rosé, savon, peignoir, livret d’accueil. Nous remercions Molly pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

While it was the pictures that sold this place to us when we were looking for a stay in this lovely region - in real life, it is even better. Every part of this place, indoors, outdoors and views - is beautiful. The outdoor space and position makes it seem like you're in a villa rather than an apartment. Each room had direct access to the outdoors - either a terrace, a balcony or the garden. The apartment itself and the kitchen especially was very well supplied, everything we needed was there. Views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Caught a fireworks display across the bay from the rooftop terrace on the final night - couldn't believe our luck. Huge thanks to Molly for everything you did and insights you shared to make this such a memorable holiday. Hope to be back!

A truly magical villa in a beautiful location. Molly was delightful and ready to tend to all our needs and it was lovely to be welcomed with a glass of prosecco on arrival and listen to her recommendations. The house is well situated for access to nearby Beaulieu, Eze and Villefranche which are all idyllic & picturesque locations. It is a short walk to local shops which was welcome so we could maximise enjoyment of the villa & pool. Bedrooms were welll appointed and comfortable and the the kitchen has every appliance needed. Furnishings, towelling and personal effects are all high end which was a delight. Thank you for making our holiday so special, we will return soon.
